How To Edit Booth Layout?

You can make your booth really stand out from the rest so that it is so unique that people will keep talking about it long after the event has concluded. Effective booth design can help to generate more leads and create a bigger buzz around your business and with Social 27 we can achieve that very easily.

Steps to customize your booth

Log in to the Sponsor Workspace > Select your Event > select the Booth -> click Booth Layout from the Booth setup dropdown.

Inside the booth layout you will be able to Customize the layout of the Booth:

• Banner Image – This allows us to upload a banner for our booth and the recommended banner size is mentioned when we hover the mouse on the banner image tile (1920x500 pixels).
• Delete – This allows us to delete the uploaded banner.
• Crop – This allows us to crop the banner image appropriately.
• Is heading Logo – This allows us to upload our organization logo along with a banner for maximum visibility.

Click the "Update Sponsor Details" button once you have updated the information.

If we scroll down, we get the option to customize some other elements like Sponsor Details, Sponsor Resources, Sponsor Playlist, Sponsor Roundtables, Booth Representative, Sponsor Viewers, and Chat Section Settings. These options might differ basis on the level of resources assigned.

As important as it is to design an amazing physical booth, it’s equally important to design a visually appealing virtual booth. Ensure that your virtual booth is simultaneously entertaining, informative, and visually appealing. Virtual event attendees will want to click on the booth and attend the proceedings.
