How Do I Enable Booth Chat/Moderate QnA/Enable Poll?
You can allow users who visit a sponsor booth (also called a microsite) to chat with one another and with the booth representatives.
How to do that?
Login Workspace ->Event -> Content -> Sponsor booth
Before proceeding with Booth Setting, Refer to Introduction to Booth Setting for Steps 1 to Step 4
How does keeping these Toggles ON work
- Turning the Moderated QnA toggle on: Users can enter questions in their tab to be answered by the booth reps. Once the attendee enters the question on Featured Tab, On entering the question sits on My question for the attendee.
On the Booth representative Microsite, the question is under the New tab on Publish the question is Published which will be replied to by the representative. On Dismiss, the question will be moved to Dismissed and will not be answered.
- Turning the BoothChat toggle on: The Chat checkbox allows users to chat with one another.
- Turning the Poll toggle on: This feature helps to have a real-time check about the session/event by creating the poll.
