Utilizing the Social27 Events Platform enables you to generate and dispatch Push Notifications, ensuring your participants stay well-informed throughout the event.
Note: All system-automated notifications will be logged in the notification history section of the app and will not come as push notifications to the app.
Viewing Notifications
To add Push notifications for your event, log in to the platform, select a workspace, and open an event. Using the top toolbar, navigate to Notification > Push Notifications.
Upon selecting "New Push Notification," a pop-up will appear, prompting you to fill in the required information.
1. What is your Notification
Enter the title of the notification in the language preferred.
2. Message
Compose the notification message using the specified font size and apply formatting preferences such as bold, italic, and underline as per the desired language.
3. Target Platform
When setting push notifications, you may need to specify the target platform to ensure that the notifications are formatted and delivered appropriately for the intended devices. This section provides an opportunity to configure notifications exclusively for users utilizing either a web browser or a mobile app. You can select both if applicable.
4. Target Audience
When creating push notifications, one crucial consideration is determining whether your message should reach logged-in users, those who have an account and are actively engaged, or not logged-in users who may be exploring your event without an account.
- Logged in users Deliver tailored messages to users with accounts, enhancing the sense of connection and relevance either to everyone or to specific users or to Users Watching a specific sessions.
- Not Logged in users : Opting for "Not Logged In Users" restricts the choice exclusively to "Everyone," halting further customization options.
- You should always choose to strike a balance and target both logged-in and not logged-in users for a comprehensive communication strategy.
- Good to Consider the specific goals of the event and the type of engagement you want to foster when making the selection.

Choose between sending notifications in real-time or scheduling them for later delivery.
