Feature Use and Requirements

The Social27 Events Platform contains a host of different features you can select from to build your event. Refer to the table below to see which features are required, recommended, and optional. All features can easily be accessed and adjusted from the platform’s Overview page.

Logos, Banners, and Image Specifications

Reference the table below for recommended sizes and maximum file sizes for the images used throughout your event.

 Tip: We recommend uploading file sizes smaller than 500 kb to ensure images don't take too long to load and event experience impacted.

Content File Sizes

The maximum file size that can be uploaded to the platform, either as session/sponsor resource or as a Playlist content item, is 20 MB. If you want to use a file that is larger, we recommend hosting it on an external site and including the file URL.

Character Limits

Unless noted otherwise, all name fields (workspace, session, attendee names, etc.) are limited to 100 characters.

Typography

Font Type

Each event can incorporate two fonts from the list below. The Primary font is used for page titles and section headings. The Secondary font is the body text. You can adjust your event’s fonts by navigating to Event Setup > Pages & Design > Themes.

Font Color

The font color for the following event locations can be updated to any color. These settings can be accessed by navigating to Event Setup > Pages & Design > Themes.

• Body text
• Primary text (including button and hyperlink text)
• Secondary text (including button text)
• Success button text
• Footer text (primary and secondary)
• Form field name and placeholder text
