How Do I Lock and Unlock Sessions?
In the Social27 platform, you can “lock” sessions to stop attendees from accessing sessions before their launch date and time.
To customize lock session settings, Login to Event workspace>Event setup>advance setup
Click on Sessions, and enter Lock and Unlock times in the appropriate areas (times are measured in minutes). Click Update change (Scroll up).
Once this feature is enabled, attendees will not have access to sessions until they are unlocked. If they click on a session that is currently locked, they will see a notification appear on the top left corner of their screen.
