What are Roundtables?
Roundtables are small-group video meetings enabling participants to connect with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors. These sessions aim to deliver more focused conversations among a limited number of participants. Roundtables offer attendees the opportunity to engage in in-depth discussions, share insights, and exchange ideas on specific topics or themes.
Roundtables can be found under the grid name " More" at the bottom-Right Corner.
As you access Roundtables, the meeting can either be Sponsored, Public, or My Meetings.
Sponsored: Organizations sponsoring the event have the opportunity to host sponsored Roundtables . These sessions will be listed under the "Sponsored" tab on the Roundtables page.
Public: Public meetings are those in which anyone can join.
My Meetings: These are the meeting Initiated by you with another attendee.
- 1 on 1: Allow for 2 attendees (including the meeting organizer)
- Roundtables: Allow for up to 6 attendees (including the meeting organizer)
- Boardrooms: Allow up to 15 attendees if the meeting provider is Social27 (Meetings powered by Zoom or Microsoft Teams allow for up to 30 attendees.)
How to Create Meeting?
Meetings can be hosted via Teams or Zoom or the Meeting provider can be Social27 Exclusive platform or others.
Once you select the platform for hosting the Roundtable or Boardroom meeting, the process for creating both Roundtables and Boardroom meetings takes place on the same page.

Meeting Title: Provide a relevant subject for the organized meeting.

Meeting Description: A comprehensive description will assist attendees in deciding whether they wish to participate in the meeting.

Area of Interest: From the drop-down menu, select the relevant Area(s) of Interest based on the event's theme.

Number of Invited Attendees: Use this space to determine whether it is a Roundtable or Boardroom and the number of attendees to invite.

Meeting Visibility: Select whether the meeting is visible to everyone or only to invited attendees.

Date & Time Selection: Choose the meeting date from the calendar and set the duration and time accordingly.
- Invite Attendees: Access the list of all attendees. Add them to the list and then click "Back" to verify if they are included as part of the attendees.

Meeting Type Selection: Based on the preceding point (Number 4), you will have the option to create either a Boardroom or a Roundtable.
