If you have been added as a Workspace or an event Owner, you will need to accept the invitation before you can begin helping with events.

If you already have a Social27 Account, simply go to the login page and log in with your email. Or Signup for free.
After signing up, click the bell icon at the top right side of your screen.
As you click the bell Icon, you have the Invitation opened. Just click on Accept.
After accepting the invite, you have the below notification popped.
Click the manage event tab at the top section.
Note – If you don’t already see the workspace, give it 1 more minute and refresh the page.
The new workspace will show on your screen after you accept the invite
